Our services are delivered electronically within 10 minutes of making the payment, and a service email is sent to validate the purchase. The confirmation and service mail can be sent to the spam folder, for which we advise you to check the spam folder if the mail is not available in the general mail tab. In case you don’t receive the mail, please contact us at info@notchox.com. We will provide you with the purchased service within 12 hours of your revised request. The refund requests are only accepted after the first purchase. No such request is accepted after service renewals. We advise you to use the demo version first before purchasing the paid version.

Acceptable Conditions for Refunds

Notchox strives for absolute adherence to its claims and values. However, we allow refunds under certain conditions mentioned below: 

  1. If the paid features differ from the demo version.
  2. Inefficient data recovery, and no support was provided for the intended task.
  3. The same product was purchased twice.
  4. Refunds request accepted during the first purchase only.

Non-Acceptable Conditions for Refunds

The refund requests are not accepted under the following conditions: 

  1. The paid product is not being used by the user.
  2. The user’s system does not have the minimum required hardware and software.
  3. Occurrence of fraud payments or failure of payment while paying through unauthorized modes. 
  4. Refund for any specific service from the bundle purchase.
  5. Refund request for special offer purchases.
  6. Variation in price due to differences in international exchange rates.
  7. Refunds after renewals.
  8. Product not purchased directly from Notchox.com

Partial Refunds 

Partial refunds can be approved if the user mistakenly purchased a product in place of another. In such cases, the amount is settled based on the price of the two products. 

Refund Processing 

Northcox starts processing the refunds within 2-4 days of confirming your request. Generally, it takes 7-10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank statements. Your service will be deactivated once your refund request has been approved.
